Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 4 cups assorted fresh vegetables

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the beans, cottage cheese, rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper for 10 to 15 times or until nearly smooth.
  2. Transfer the dip to a medium bowl. Stir in the red peppers.
  3. Serve the dip with vegetables.
