Ingredients

  • 2 1-inch thick watermelon wedges
  • 2/3 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Directions

Place each watermelon slice on a small plate. Place half the cottage cheese and mint on each watermelon wedge. Sprinkle with the pepper and drizzle with the vinegar.
