Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 6-inch flour tortillas
  • 8 thick slices roasted turkey

  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine the sour cream, green onions, cilantro, and 1/2 of the jalapeno minced in a small bowl.
