Ingredients

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise in 1-inch wedges. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in 10x15-inch nonstick baking pan with sides. Drizzle the potatoes with oil, turning to coat all sides. In a small bowl, mix the onion powder, paprika, salt, oregano, sugar and garlic powder. Sprinkle over the potato wedges. Bake for 15 minutes. I made this recipe and it is amazing. From the sweet potatoes and their seasoning, right down to dipping them in sour cream, they truly are delicious. This is actually the first sweet potato recipe I've tried and really enjoyed. The sour cream adds a bit of a savory taste to the sweetness of the potatoes. At this point I absolutely will not have any type of sweet potatoes without Daisy sour cream. And my family enjoys this recipe too, so it's s win-win! *I enjoyed Daisy Squeeze Sour Cream compliments of Daisy and Influenster.

This combination of spices are delicious together! I made a smaller yield of this recipe and it turned out great! The daisy sour cream was something I had not tried on sweet potatoes, but I was very happy with the result! Creamy flavorful and delicious!
