Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 12 ounces lemon custard yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups fresh cut chunk pineapple, drained
  • 11 ounces Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups whole red or green grapes
  • 2 pounds cooked chicken breasts
  • 2 cups finely chopped jicama
  • 12 green onions, sliced

Directions

Blend the sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, and pepper in a small bowl. Toss the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Fold in the sour cream dressing mixture. Chill overnight before serving to let flavors blend, if desired.
