Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 6 ears of corn, shucked
  • 1/3 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 6 lime wedges

Directions

Heat the grill. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and chili powder in a small bowl. Grill the corn, covered, over medium heat or coals for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender and slightly charred, turning occasionally to grill all sides. Spoon the sour cream mixture over the corn and sprinkle with the cheese. Serve with lime wedges and additional chili powder, if desired. Tip: leave husks on the ends of corn, if desired.

I like to try new things so when i made the Mexican street corn with the Daisy sour cream the taste was amazing i love the texture of the cream and i love the flavor. I would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.
