Place the biscuit bottoms on each of 4 dessert plates, split sides up. Layer each with 1/4 cup strawberries, 1 tablespoon syrup and 1/4 cup of the cottage cheese. Top with the biscuit tops. Top each with a spoonful of the remaining cottage cheese and sprinkle with pistachios. Garnish with additional strawberry slice if desired. Tip: Baked refrigerated large buttermilk biscuits, homemade biscuits, or shortcake can be used for this easy yummy dessert.
