Serves: 8 (1/2 cup per serving)



Blend the cottage cheese, juice, strawberries and honey in a blender or food processor, scraping the bowl occasionally, until blended. Scoop about 1/2 cup of the cottage cheese mixture into 8 molds. Tap the molds gently on the counter to eliminate air pockets. Freeze the molds for at least 2 hours or until frozen. *Optional: paper cups and wooden sticks can be used instead of a mold. *Nutritional Information based on Daisy Brand Low Fat Cottage Cheese.

These are so easy and are really, really good. Sort of like yogurt pops, but even better. Great way to cool off in the summer heat.
