Ingredients

  • 5 ounces frozen spinach
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Defrost the spinach and squeeze out excess liquid.
  3. Combine the eggs, spinach, milk, cottage cheese, onion, shredded cheese, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
