Ingredients

  • 2 pears, peeled and sliced
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut in cubes
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 6 to 8 cup shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer the pears, apples, pineapple and grapes in a baking dish.
  2. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, cardamom and allspice in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the fruit. Drizzle with the orange juice and dot with the butter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the fruit is almost tender.
  3. Sprinkle with the raspberries and strawberries. Continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fruit is tender.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature topped with the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
