1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
15 ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
15 ounce can tomato sauce
14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
2/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Directions
In a large saucepan, cook the turkey over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring to break up the meat.
Stir in the onion, bell pepper, cumin, chili powder, paprika and salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the beans, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring the chili to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Top with your favorite chili toppers such as diced onions and cheese. Dollop each serving with the sour cream.
