  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 15 ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 15 ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, cook the turkey over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring to break up the meat.
  2. Stir in the onion, bell pepper, cumin, chili powder, paprika and salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the beans, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring the chili to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Top with your favorite chili toppers such as diced onions and cheese. Dollop each serving with the sour cream.
