3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
1 avocado
1/3 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/3 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon Mexican seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt

1 avocado

Directions
Pulse the cottage cheese and avocado in a food processor until blended, but still slightly chunky. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
Garnish with additional corn, tomato, beans and cilantro.
Serve with your favorite dippers.
