  • 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3/4 cup cherry pie filling


Combine the graham cracker crumbs and butter in a small bowl until crumbs are moistened. Spoon into the bottom of four serving glasses. Combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, cream, lemon peel and almond extract in a food processor and process for 1 minute or until smooth and fluffy. Divide between the serving glasses and top with the cherry pie filling. Store in the refrigerator.
