Ingredients

  • 8 ounces peanut butter cream sandwich cookies
  • 2 tablespoons Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate squares

Directions

Crush the cookies in a zip-top plastic bag. Combine the cookie crumbs, sour cream, and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until the mixture resembles cookie dough. Roll the mixture into one inch balls and set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl melt the chocolate for 30 seconds intervals on high, stirring after each round. Take care not to burn the chocolate. Once the chocolate is completely melted, dip the balls into the chocolate to coat and place on a waxed paper lined baking sheet to harden. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm before serving. Store the candy in an airtight container. *White chocolate may be used in place of semi-sweet chocolate, if desired.
