  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 ounce package orange flavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup , plus 1 tablespoon sugar, divided
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream


Combine the crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl until moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Place the orange gelatin in a small bowl and stir in the boiling water until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Pulse the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth. Add the cream cheese, 3/4 cup of the sugar, orange and vanilla extracts; process until combined. Place in a large bowl. Slowly stir in the gelatin mixture. Beat the whipping cream and remaining 1 tablespoon sugar in a food processor until soft peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture and pour over the crust. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight, until set.
