Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Peel and dice the avocado, mashing about half. In a large bowl, combine the avocados, red onion, pepper, cilantro and lime juice. Stir in the tomato, mangoes, and salt and mix well.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Gently fold in the sour cream and serve. Keep left-overs refrigerated.
