Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon toasted, chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut

Directions

In a bowl of a food processor, blend the cottage cheese, mango, gingerroot and honey until well blended and creamy. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. To serve, spoon the mixture into 2 dessert dishes. Top with the toasted chopped nuts and toasted coconut.
