  • 3 1/2 cups baby red potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Heat the grill. Coat four (12-inch) squares of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the potatoes in the center of the foil and drizzle with the olive oil; sprinkle with the seasoning salt and garlic powder. Top with the cheese and bacon; wrap the foil around the potatoes.
  3. Grill, covered, over medium heat or coals for 30 to 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Carefully open the foil packets; sprinkle with the green onions and serve topped with the sour cream.
