- Bring the gelatin and un-drained crushed pineapple to a boil in a saucepan. Cool completely. Fold the whipped cream. Blend cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Fold into gelatin mixture.
- Spray a mold or pan with nonstick spray. Pour the gelatin mixture into the mold. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
