  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Process cottage cheese, ½ cup cheddar cheese, and sour cream in food processor until smooth. Transfer to mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the chicken and buffalo sauce until combined. Pour into small baking dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup cheddar cheese. Bake 18 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Top with blue cheese and green onion. Serve with your favorite dippers.
