Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

Directions
- Heat a waffle iron as directed by the manufacturer.
- In a large bowl, beat the milk, egg substitute, sour cream and oil with wire whisk until well blended.
- Whisk in the sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in the flour until well blended.
- Brush the plates of the waffle iron lightly with oil as needed. Bake the batter as directed in the waffle iron by the manufacturer.
- Serve with your favorite syrup and fresh mixed berries.
