Ingredients

  • 9 ounce package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cook the spinach as directed on the package; drain and press with paper towels to remove all of the moisture.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Whisk the sour cream, milk, cheese, flour and salt in a small bowl. Stir into the onions in the skillet. Cook the sauce until bubbly and thick.
  4. Stir the spinach into the sauce until well mixed and serve.
