Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 8 cups spring greens
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 3/4 cup pecan halves, toasted

Ingredients

  • 8 cups spring greens
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 3/4 cup pecan halves, toasted

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, mustard and honey.
  2. Divide the spring greens, blueberries, cheese, onion and toasted pecans among 8 salad plates or bowls.
  3. Drizzle each with the dressing. Serve immediately.
