Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 8 cups spring greens
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 3/4 cup pecan halves, toasted

Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, mustard and honey.
- Divide the spring greens, blueberries, cheese, onion and toasted pecans among 8 salad plates or bowls.
- Drizzle each with the dressing. Serve immediately.
