Ingredients

  • 14 ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, drained, patted dry, and chopped
  • 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounce jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 4-cup baking dish with nonstick spray. Combine of the all ingredients in a medium bowl until blended and place in the baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot. Serve with your favorite dippers.
