Ingredients

  • 14 ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, drained, patted dry, and chopped
  • 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounce jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 4-cup baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine of the all ingredients in a medium bowl until blended and place in the baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot. Serve with your favorite dippers.
