Directions
Whisk together all ingredients.
Coat a nonstick pan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-low heat. Once warm, add eggs.
Slowly scrape eggs to center of pan as bottom starts to set, creating soft folds. Cook until just set (about 2 minutes).
Remove from heat and serve immediately with your favorite accompaniments.
