Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 green onion or scallion, whites and green separated
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Daisy Sour

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 green onion or scallion, whites and green separated
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Daisy Sour

Directions

  1. Process cottage cheese and cheddar in a food processor 20-30 seconds.
  2. Place half tortilla chips in a single layer in air fryer basket, overlapping with no gaps.
  3. Dollop half of cheese mixture onto chips. Sprinkle with green onion white parts.
  4. Add layer of remaining chips. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with beans.
  5. Place in air fryer at 325°F. Cook 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  6. Remove from basket and top with diced tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, sour cream, and any other desired toppings.
