Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup chopped fire-roasted Hatch green chiles
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a small (3 to 5 cup) shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Stir the sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lime and cumin in a medium bowl until blended.
  3. Stir in the green chiles, cilantro and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spoon into the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with your favorite dippers.
