- 8 ounces farfalle pasta
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 3/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions, adding the broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
- Drain and place in a large bowl. Stir in the spinach, cottage cheese, and tomatoes.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic; cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- Whisk in the flour; cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Whisk in the milk; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Stir in 1 cup of the cheddar cheese and the hot pepper sauce; stir until the cheese is melted. Pour over the pasta mixture; stir to combine.
- Place in the baking dish; sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake the casserole for 30 to 35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
