Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

  1. Heat the grill. Combine the paprika, cumin, cayenne and ¼ teaspoon salt in a small cup.
  2. Brush the salmon with the oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
  3. Combine the sour cream, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, and ¼ teaspoon salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Grill the salmon, covered, over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until the salmon just begins to flake, turning once. Top the salmon with the sauce before serving.
