I made this sauce to go with our grilled salmon. But it was so delicious we put it on our green beans, too. I've made a lot of dill sauces over the years, but this one is by far the best. I made it about 30 minutes before we sat down to eat so that the flavors would meld and the sauce could thicken just a little. I'll be using this recipe again soon!
The seasonings in this sauce all mingle together so well! I feel like the sauce would be better if left to sit 30 minutes or so, but this is definitely a recipe I'll use again.
