Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 14.75 ounce can red salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Tips

  • Cooking Tips:

    Reduce grill sticking by oiling your hot grill with a vegetable oil-soaked paper towel: hold it with tongs and rub it over the rack. (Do not use cooking spray on a hot grill.)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, dill weed, and garlic salt; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, eggs, bread crumbs, onion salt and pepper; mix well. Shape the mixture into 2 patties.
  3. Heat the butter and oil in a grill pan. Grill the patties over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning once.
  4. Serve patties as desired with sour cream dill sauce.
