Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 1/2-inch slices pound cake
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 5 large strawberries, sliced

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 1/2-inch slices pound cake
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 5 large strawberries, sliced

Directions

  1. Combine honey and vinegar in a small cup.
  2. Pulse the cottage cheese, 1/4 cup whipping cream and sugar in a food processor until partially smooth.
  3. Lightly butter both sides of the cake slices. Heat the grill.
  4. Grill the cake slices, peaches and strawberries over medium to low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until the fruit and cake are warm and grill marks form, turning once.
  5. Top the grilled cake with the cottage cheese mixture, peaches and/or strawberries. Drizzle with the sauce and serve.
