Serves: 16 (1/2 cup per serving)


  • 5 cups cubed potatoes
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch paprika


Peel and cube the potatoes. Bring the potatoes to a rolling boil in a large saucepan, 4 to 6 minutes. Cook at medium heat (slight boil) until tender, 12 to 13 minutes. Drain and mash the potatoes; add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.

I received this product free for review purposes but all opinions are my own. I don't typically like sour cream but I love Daisy! We used this recipe and enjoyed these potatoes- my kids approved too so I guess Daisy really passed the test!

Since we usually only do mashed potatoes on thanksgiving and Christmas, this voxbox couldn't have come at a better time. I got a coupon from Infuenster to try Daisy sour cream for free. The only way I can eat mashed potatoes is with a ton of butter and sour cream. The container made it easy to use and the potatoes were yummy!!

I was glad to receive the Daisy Squeeze Sour Cream from influenster. This recipe is similar to one I already use. We don't like herbs and spices in our potatoes, but I do love to add lots of butter and sour cream to my mashed potatoes. I used the daisy sour cream a few days ago to make mashed potatoes to go with a roast. My family loved it! The sour cream was easy the squeeze right into the pot since I just add until it tastes good!

If you want the best tasting sour cream than Daisy is your brand. I received a Daisy Squeeze Sour Cream, courtesy of Daisy and Influenster to review and I really enjoyed it in my garlic and herb mashed potatoes. I love the convenient container it comes it. There is no mess and no need for utensils. It delivers the perfect amount of sour cream every time. It is creamy and delicious and has the best taste. These mashed potatoes were so easy to make and the taste was perfect.

I received this complimentary of Influenster but all opinions are my own :) I used Daisy Sour Cream for the first time in my mashed potatoes and it was SUUUUCH a hit! I will def be using it some more with all my potato dishes during the holiday season!

I received my daisy for testing from Daisy and Influenster, but my review is all my own. This is a classic mashed potatoe recipe, but they are never complete without sour cream! Adds a level of creaminess to it. It's a must add to your holiday dishes!

My two year old and I made these for our thanksgiving holiday. They turned out so light and creamy and really flavorful. They were pretty much the only thing she ate for dinner! Delicious! I received my Daisy through a promotional offer.

Potatoes and sour cream are one of my favorite combinations. We actually used this recipe for our mashed potatoes side dish during Thanksgiving. It was perfect!

I usually make mashed potatoes with butter, milk and salt and pepper but when I saw this recipe I knew I had to try it! My husband loves his mashed potatoes any way but I wanted to see what he thought about a different flavor. So I added my usual butter, milk and Daisy Squeezable Sour Cream, salt and pepper, garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme and WOW!! I mean those mashed potatoes had a zing to them but also tasted the fresh herbs...soooo yummy! My kids devoured these and asked for seconds! I think the sour cream makes a huge difference in the flavor and now my husband doesn't eat them without it.
