  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 ounces chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, peanut butter, and vanilla on medium speed until smooth. Spoon about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture into small resealable plastic bag and reserve.
  2. Stir 1/2 cup chocolate chips into remaining cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the center of a serving dish. With the back of a spoon shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
  5. Snip the corner from bag with reserved cream cheese mixture and decorate the cheesecake ball.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
