Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard cooked
- 1/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, being careful to remove the yolks without breaking the white part. Place the white parts cut side up on a serving platter. Place the yolks in a food processor bowl or a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and process in the food processor or mash with fork until smooth. Spoon or pipe a heaping tablespoon of the yolk mixture into each white center. Chill before serving, if desired.

Made these as the sour cream and cottage cheese seemed like a fun new twist. They were a total hit and disappeared quickly. Doubled the recipe to fit the size of the party, but probably should have doubled it again!
Super delish and the sour cream adds a great creamy twist on a classic.
I've nvr thought to use sour cream when making deviled eggs before. I'm so glad to have gotten the coupon through Influenster and try this recipe. It was not what I'm use to but still very very good! You should definitely try it!
