  • 20 chocolate wafers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 7 ounces marshmallow créme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup strawberry glaze (or melted preserves)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced


In a food processor, combine the wafers and melted butter. Pulse until the texture of fine crumbs. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of crumbs into 12 small dessert glasses. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of the crumbs for garnish. Cream the cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl. Add the sour cream, marshmallow crème, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fill each glass with the filling and top with 1 to 2 teaspoons of the strawberry glaze. Run a knife through the filling to make a marbled effect. Chill for several hours or overnight. Top with fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of the reserved crumbs before serving.
