  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  2. Mix the milk, egg, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth in a large bowl.

  4. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined. The batter may be lumpy.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle, cooking until bubbles rise in the center. Flip pancakes and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
