Ingredients
- 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 small purple onion, thinly sliced

Directions
- Mix the sour cream, dill, oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- In a larger bowl combine the cucumbers, radishes, and onion.
- Fold the sour cream mixture into the cucumber mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
