Ingredients

  • 8 ounce package light cream cheese
  • 1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup finely diced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup finely diced peeled seedless cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce package light cream cheese
  • 1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup finely diced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup finely diced peeled seedless cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft and creamy. Beat in the sour cream.
  2. By hand, stir in all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately with crackers or crisp vegetables or cover and refrigerate several hours to chill.
