Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup apricot or peach preserves
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 medium crisp red apple, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 medium crisp red apple, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Directions
- In large bowl, combine sour cream, preserves, mustard, and tarragon. Mix well.
- Fold in remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves. If desired, serve on lettuce leaves.
