Ingredients

  • 12 ounce package taco-seasoned cooked crumbled ground beef
  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 1 pound pasteurized processed cheese product, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 14.5 ounce can fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion

Directions

  1. Combine the beef and beer in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes or until the beer is reduced by half, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in the cheese product and cook on medium-low heat until melted, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in all the remaining ingredients. Heat over medium heat until warm.
  4. Garnish as desired.
