Whisk 1 1/3 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and the baking powder in large bowl; make a well in the center. Add the sour cream, butter, and milk; stir until a soft dough forms.
Spoon the dough over the blueberry mixture; sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the cobbler is lightly browned and toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
