1 cup shredded cheese, such as Monterey Jack or Colby Jack
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
4 ounce can green chiles
1 1/2 teaspoons diced jalapeno, divided
1 cup pico de gallo, divided
3 dahses hot sauce or to taste
Directions
Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth. Mix cottage cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, green chiles, 1 teaspoon diced jalapeno, ½ cup pico de gallo, and hot sauce in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted stirring between each round.
Once melted, sprinkle top with remaining pico de gallo and jalapenos.
