Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup jarred pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni or cooked, crumbled sausage
  • 1 Tablespoon diced bell pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon diced onion

  • 1 cup jarred pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni or cooked, crumbled sausage
  • 1 Tablespoon diced bell pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon diced onion

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Add the cottage cheese to the bowl of a food processor and blend until smoothy.
  3. Add the blended cottage cheese to a bowl and then stir in mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Spread the mixture into the bottom of an oven proof dish or small skillet.
  5. Spread the pizza sauce on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with the meat, bell pepper, and onion.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through.
