Really great with chive. I had to add more milk then the recipe stated but otherwise everything else stayed the same.
Before I even read the reviews, I ended up putting less flower. I just estimated what I needed for the right consistency. I omitted the ham and green onion, insted just wanted to use up the cottage cheese and ended up mixing in some extra spices. Love 'em! Nice base for whatever I end up having on hand. Thanks! ( can't add a pic )
Followed the above recipe to the t. Too thick too much flour. Sad to have wasted those good ingredients.
These came out so light, fluffy, delicious and sooo easy. I put it in my deep 6 hole muffin pan and they came out great. I did add 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper also. an't wait to fix it again and again.
What a great way to use cottage cheese and they were delicious. Very light and moist. I especially liked the green onions inside the muffin.
