Its sweet, even after i only used 1/3 of the sugar there. Otherwise, its really good.
I have made this a few times over the last couple of years. It is my go to chocolate frosting when I want a more fudge-like flavor. I like that it is versatile.
I made this frosting for a marble cake. The recipe creates a chocolate frosting that could be more flavorful. Maybe adding more butter or sour cream? I would recommend playing with the ratios more. I received Daisy Sour Cream for free for testing purposes.

Creamy and delicious- easy to make, and ingredients on hand- all combine to make this my favorite frosting. Daisy really is the best sour cream, the consistancy is just right and better flavor.
