Ingredients

  • 1 cup garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients for 30 seconds in a food processor, scraping the bowl once or twice, until well blended.
  2. Spoon into a bowl.
  3. Garnish with additional chipotle chili pepper and pumpkin seeds
