This is so good. I have 2 picky eaters and a two year old who will actually eat all the food I give them with this recipe. Out of the 6 of us it gets a 5 star from all of us.
OMG is this a hit when I bring it to a party or put it on the table for dinner. Easy to make and even when you are missing the onions and cilantro still tastes good. Its healthy and full of protein too. THANK YOU to whoever created it!
This was very good! I only had corn tortillas the first time I made it. I like it best using corn rather than flour.
