Ingredients
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 21 ounce can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter and add the milk (the dough will be very soft).
- Spread the dough in an ungreased 9-inch round cake pan, bringing the dough up the sides. Spread the pie filling over the top of the dough.
- Combine the Daisy sour cream, egg yolk, and remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar until blended. Spread over the cherry pie filling.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the topping is set and the crust is browned. Cool for about 1 hour before serving.
